SELF - ADJUSTABLE FOLDING AMMUNITION RACK
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to soldiers, authorities and other users using a 40 mm grenade pistol, tear gas trigger, shotgun or similar hand-fired handgun or grenade trigger which must be loaded after each shot or whose magazine must be manually filled. The ammunition rack is intended for carrying ammunition and for rapidly transferring ammunition from a carrying device or elsewhere to the cartridge case or cartridge chamber of the actual weapon. This application refers to ammunition, which here means a rifle-caliber cartridge, as well as other ammunition. The invention is intended primarily for, but not limited to, ammunition for a 40mm grenade pistol and shotgun.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In order to store ammunition, combat equipment has had cartridge belts, pocket vests and separate pockets that can be attached in various ways. These pockets have also remained fairly unchanged over time. The ease of picking up ammunition and putting it in the gun varies a lot between different pockets. The flap pocket keeps the ammunition well in place, but opening the flap is a pointless movement when shooting multiple shots when each ammunition should be taken from the pockets. The flap can be kept open, but it is not always certain that the projectile will remain in place. The properties of fabric pockets change as they get wet, especially in icy conditions. There is also water left in the fabric pockets, which increases the weight of the load carried by the user = 20. Ammunition can be placed on the potero's magazine or similar> place where it is quickly available. In this case, however, the weather and the debris removed by the operation 2 can cover the ammunition. When changing the firebox, it may be impossible to bring loose z ammunition. a 3 The loading of single-shot and magazine grenade launchers and shotguns> 25 is greatly accelerated by a charging cradle designed for this purpose. In the functional in racing shooting, tubular magazine shotguns use mechanical charging racks or charging tubes. In a shotgun charging rack, the shotgun cartridges are on the shooter's belt or other equipment and usually take two or four rounds at a time and are inserted into the shotgun tube magazine. Using such a charging stand and technology, it is possible - with tube magazines - for shotguns - it is possible - to reach - the firing speed corresponding to a semi-automatic shotgun. The shotgun charging stand is manufactured by several manufacturers and one well-known product in the field is the MSHG6 modular charging stand manufactured by King Competition Products Oy. This style of shotgun charging rack usually has a body with a fixed top holder for the cartridge base and an adjustable sliding bottom holder that holds the bottom of the lower cartridge in place. The upper holder usually has a groove in the base of the cartridge as well as magnets or a mechanical holder. These shotgun charging racks are designed for racing shooting and do not take into account much field conditions or military or authority users.
A hard pocket has been made for hand grenades and throws where the mechanism holds the throw in place in the equipment. The manufacturer is A.C.S. Itd and the product are called The Grenade Trigger Pouch and have patents (US 8523030 and US 8651347). However, its operating principle and field of application are different.
The difference between a self-adjusting - collapsible - ammunition rack - pockets - and - other ammunition holders is that it is mechanically operative and thus gives a similar feel each time to remove the ammunition. The ammunition is detached from the rack so that the user can grasp the ammunition - in the rack, with the same grip, = take the ammunition - directly - into the cartridge case, cartridge chamber or magazine. The rack does not take up more space in the equipment than a normal pocket thanks to its self-retracting or collapsible lower holder. This feature makes the empty rack with little protrusion in the equipment as well as speeds up the pick-up of the next ammunition as the holder is pulled out of the way.
o OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
S © Self-adjustable collapsible ammunition rack solves the problem of 40mm grenade pockets, shotgun Ek 25 cartridge racks so that it is mechanical and therefore does not change much of its properties at normal temperatures or after getting wet. The feel of use is the same S in all conditions and picking up the grenade is reliable and fast with or without gloves =. The self-adjusting collapsible ammunition holder allows you to shoot very fast consecutive shots in many situations after © training. For example, following the development of sights, weapons, and ammunition in 40mm grenade pistols, this is one way to increase impact by increasing the rate of fire.
Due to the curved trajectory and slow projectile of the grenade’s 40mm ammunition, hitting the first shot can be tricky. In this case, another quick shot where corrections are taken into account is important. With this charging stand, a trained shooter will be able to shoot a quick next shot, allowing the shooter to change firefighter or defend more quickly.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to provide a fast, reproducible and weather- and lighting-independent way to detach an ammunition for use from an equipment or weapon. The problem is solved with a mechanical stand, the length of which is adjusted according to the length of the ammunition to be used, and some of the holders of the stand fold out of the way after the ammunition has been removed. The base of the ammunition is twisted outwards from the holder and is released when the mechanism works in the hand. The ammunition stays well in place during transport, but comes off with one hand, with one movement in the direction of loading.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The following is a list of figures of this application in which FIG. 1A is a three-dimensional view of a rack without ammunition. FIG. 1B is a three-dimensional view of a rack with ammunition. In this case, in all the pictures with the ammunition it is the same generic 40mm grenade ammunition. = FIG. 2A is a cross-section of the rack viewed from the side without ammunition. > 20 The cross-section is at the pin closest to the viewer and at Liu and also shows 2 height-adjusting springs. 7 FIG. 2B is a bottom view of the stand without the ammunition approx. FIG. 3A is a view of a rack with an alternative lower gripping portion 3 5 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
N The invention is characterized in that the base (110) in the groove, flange or similar adhesive shape of the ammunition rests on a recess (102) in the upper body of the rack. The recess in which the ammunition base remains has a groove and a shoulder (101) corresponding to the shape of the groove or flange of the ammunition base which together with the recess (102) holds the ammunition holder in place in the direction of the axis of injection and the sides.
When the ammunition is placed in the holder (100), the base is finally pressed into the recess (102) and at the same time the projection (101) prevents loose or ice from entering the recess (102) from the groove or around the flange.
A special feature is the ammunition tip-shaped holder (103) which twists the ammunition - towards the recess (102) of the upper body and thus prevents the ammunition base (110) from being released without external torsion out of the upper body (109). The holder is articulated and spring loaded (103) and folds as in the holder (100) or pivots out of the way as in the second version (111) as soon as the ammunition is removed from the holder.
The circular holder for a round or tapered ammunition is slightly smaller in diameter than the diameter of the ammunition, so that the holder cannot slide around the ammunition when pushed by the spring (113).
In a solution with a pivotable holder (105), a separate lower body part (115) is attached to the spacer (107) and prevents the lower holder from sliding too far along the ammunition.
The spring-loaded holder (103 or 105) is also self-adjusting to the length of the various ammunition.
The holder (103) with its spring (104) is attached to an intermediate piece (107) which connects two cylinders (108) sliding on the force of a spring (113) or a user. The movement of the spring (113) is limited by the pin base (105) and at the upper end the spring rests inside and at the end of the cylinder (108).
The spring (113) also pushes through the cylinder (108) the connecting piece (107) and the spring (104) attached thereto and the lower bracket (103) upwards and> against the ammunition (112).
When removing the ammunition, its base is turned N 25 outwards from the recess (102) in the upper body. When the structure of the lower holder (103) and the springs (104, 113) and the upper holder formed by the upper body S is resilient, the base of the ammunition S can completely turn out of the upper holder, allowing it to move up, E forward or to the sides. 3> When the ammunition is completely removed from the holder, the lower holder (103) can turn against the cylinders (108) of the N 30 spring (104).
Regardless of this, but after removing the ammunition, the cylinder (108) with its associated parts (107, 104 and 103) can be raised to an upper position where the movement of the cylinder stops when its upper end hits the upper body piece (109) and stops against it. Behind the upper housing (109) there are holes through which the stand can be fastened with screws to the desired base, weapon, equipment or mounting piece. The frames, clips, pins and springs together create a self-adjusting ammunition rack. The essential point is that after removing the ammunition, the holder retracts onto the frame of the stand. This allows easy handling of subsequent grenades and other equipment when the rack is not in the way. At the same time, this makes the profile of empty racks lower, so that when using protection or moving in tight spaces, the rack is as low as possible on the road.
